A case of stimulus-precipitated myoclonic jerks is presented. Besides spontaneous
jerks, auditory, stimuli striking the palms, abdominal pressure or distension, evoked
the jerks. Intermittent stroboscopic stimulation did not precipitate the attacks.
The child had spontaneous recovery which is maintained, clinically and EEG wise for
the last one year.
